I 1893 reiste eldste-sonen, John til Amerika. Han har seinare brukt namnet Jo eller Jon Andersen.<\/p>\n<p>Marit\u00a0 var B\u00f8verd\u00f8l, Visvollen var ein husmannsplass under Hoft. Rolv (Rolf) var far til J\u00f8rgine Boomer, Marit vart alts\u00e5 tanta hennar og Anders &laquo;fille-onkel&raquo; som vi seier i Lom.<\/p>\n<p>I 1875 er sonen John er 1 \u00e5r gamal. Familien bur i da Medalen, Aasen. Aasen er eit husmannsbruk under R\u00f8ysheim. Anders er &laquo;inderst, bygningst\u00f8mrer og dagarbeider&raquo;. Han eig 2 sauer. (Ein inderst er ein person som bur til leige.) I 1890 budde fam. p\u00e5 S\u00f8re \u00d8yjordet, ein husmannsplass under Sygard Gaupar. Der vart Ola f\u00f8dd. Stugu der var p\u00e5 to rom utan d\u00f8r imellom.<\/p>\n<p>I 1893 reiste eldste-sonen , John til Amerika.<\/p>\n<p>I 1898 flytte fam til Engjom som var husmannsbruk under Glimsdal. Engjom l\u00e5g inntil Hovdeseterene, s\u00e5 det var nesten til fjells. Plikta til Anders var \u00e5 g\u00e5 til husbonden n\u00e5r han vart kalla p\u00e5. Anders fekk likevel tid til \u00e5 drive med anna arbeid . Han dreiv med slakting om haustane. Om vinteren gjekk han i fjellet ved Lauvh\u00f8e i Visdalen og jakta p\u00e5 rype. Han jakta medan det var &laquo;skotljost&raquo;. S\u00e5 hadde han med seg kjelke som han leste p\u00e5 ved f\u00f8r det bar heim att. Han kom aldri heim att f\u00f8r det var myrkt. Da kunne han ha skote 5-6 ryper som han fekk 40 \u00f8re stykket for. P\u00e5 Engjom hadde fam. 1 ku og nokre sauer. Stova var berre p\u00e5 eitt rom. Det var ei lita stove til der, men den kunne brukast berre om sommaren. Inn under der var det ei aur-bu.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e5 Engjom flytte fam til Visvollen, som var husmannsbruk under Hoft. Der hadde dei ogs\u00e5 ei ku.<\/p>\n<p>I 1900 er dei husmenn under Sulheim. Berre dei tre yngste borna bur heime. Det er Ole (Ola) p\u00e5 10 \u00e5r og tvillingane Amund og Hans p\u00e5 6 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Anders og fam flytte ofte. Han trudde kvar gong han skulle f\u00e5 betre vilk\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Anders skriv i dagboka si: &raquo; Amun d\u00f8de 27. April 1905 Den 5. Mai 1905 var begravelsesdagen.&raquo;<\/p>\n<p>I 1905 flytte fam til Prest-Kroken. Dei eldtste borna er no reist til Amerika. John reiste i 1893, Kari 1897, Embj\u00f8rg og Marit i 1901 og R\u00f8nnaug i 1904. Fam kom til Kroken som husmenn. Det var inga plikt, men dei skulle betale 30 kr \u00e5ret i leige. Anders kj\u00f8pte husa for 600 kr. Leige av jorda kosta kr 24 kvart \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Den 1. juni i 1907 skriv Th B\u00f8rresen: &raquo; Anders Jonsen Kroken har i dag betalt husleieafgift for Kroken for leie\u00e5ret 1906\/07 efter 4 % af kj\u00f8besummen for husene med kr 24. &raquo;<\/p>\n<p>Det var ei stove med to kleva, fj\u00f8s, l\u00e5veog eitt stabbur. Ved og gjerde-materiale fekk dei finne i skogen som h\u00f8yrde til , men ikkje hus-materiell, da Anders kj\u00f8pte husa og ikkje leigde dei. I Kroken hadde dei 2 kyr, nokre sauer og ein og annan gongen eit ung-naut.<\/p>\n<p>I 1908 reiste Ola til Amerika i lag med eine systera som var heime att ein tur<\/p>\n<p>I 1913 vart Anders att \u00e5leine i Kroken. I dagboka st\u00e5r det: &raquo; Marit, f\u00f8dt 2. Mai 1850 d\u00f8de 6. November 1913 af slagtilf\u00e6lde.
